Jurgen Klopp Angry When Interviewed After Liverpool Lost To Manchester United In The FA Cup

Jurgen Klopp was upset that Liverpool were eliminated in the FA Cup (Instagram/@liverpoolfc).

JAKARTA - Liverpool lost to Manchester United 3-4 in the FA Cup quarter-final match 2023/2024 at Old Trafford Stadium, Sunday, March 17, 2024.

After the match, Jurgen Klopp, The Reds Manager, seemed to be arguing with reporters who interviewed him because he didn't like the question of a reporter in the tunnel.

"Usually, the intensity is very attached to your game. So, why is it so difficult in extra time?" asked the journalist.

The question angered Klopp. He then called the journalist's question stupid.

"I have to say this is a rather stupid question because you look at us a lot."

"If you've never seen us, you might ask, 'How can they have more resources?' We've played so many games recently.

"I don't know exactly how many games United played. I'm very disappointed with that question, but you obviously think it's good," Klopp said.

However, the reporter was not discouraged. He continued his question even though he had been sprayed by Klopp.

"So, too many games?" he said.

However, Klopp remains unfriendly. The German international answered the reporter's last question with a ketus and a high tone.

"Oh, come on. You're definitely not in top shape and I'm not nervous with you."

Klopp walked away from the journalist who looked dumbfounded.

Apart from that, Jurgen Klopp was not in a good mood after Liverpool were eliminated in the 2023/2024 FA Cup quarter-finals.

He looked very disappointed when Amad Diallo scored the winning goal in the 121st minute.

The goal clearly dashed his hopes of winning the quadruple in his final season at Anfield.

Liverpool actually had a 3-2 lead in the 105th minute. However, Mancester United could even make a comeback in the remaining 15 minutes.

Marcus Rashford equalized in the 120th minute before Diallo scored Manchester United's winning goal.
