JAKARTA - Adam Alis is included in the list of players brought by the Indonesian national team to appear in the 2023 Asian Cup. Along with the latest news, Saddil Ramdani's name was crossed out.

This news is known from the update of the 2023 Asian Cup player list on the official Asia Football Confederation (AFC) website as of Thursday, January 11, 2024.

Saddil's position which was later replaced by Adam Alis is predicted because these two players have a relatively similar playing position. Saddil and Adam Alis are known to be midfielders and wingers.

After knowing that he was included in the Indonesian national team cast list, while Saddil was eliminated, Adam Alis immediately uploaded a message of encouragement for his colleague.

Through an Instagram Story upload, Adam Alis showed his closeness to Saddil when he was in the Indonesian national team uniform. In the same upload, he also wrote a message for Saddil.

Adam Alis called Saddil an extraordinary duet partner. He also mentioned that Saddil is a player who has a pretty good performance and that is an open secret.

Until now, it is still unknown what is the exact reason for Shin Tae-yong to cross out Saddil's name from the cast list.
