Viral Photo Of Indonesian National Team Player Eating Instant Noodles During TC In Turkey, Shin Tae-yong Gives Strong Warning

JAKARTA - A photo of Witan Sulaeman eating instant noodles in an Instagram story upload has gone viral on social media. The photo came from Marselino Ferdinand's upload through an Instagram exclusive story feature.

In the photo, Witan Sulaeman is cooking instant noodles in his hotel room. This was done when the Indonesian national team was undergoing a training camp (TC) in Turkey to prepare for the 2023 Asian Cup.

Warganet immediately highlighted the behavior of the two Indonesian national team players. Because it was crowded with discussion, Shin Tae-yong's coaching team opened their voices.

Nova Arianto, assistant coach, said that Shin Tae-yong had given a warning to Witan and all Indonesian national team players.

"Shin's coach has been reprimanded. Not only the players concerned, but also all the players were reminded to take care of their condition."

"We have worked hard while in Turkey. Don't lose it because the players' condition is not good because of their food intake," said Nova Arianto.

The Indonesian national team is currently in Turkey for a training camp since December 20, 2023. Next, they will go to Qatar to play the 2023 Asian Cup match.

The Garuda squad is in Group D with Iraq, Vietnam and Japan. The 2023 Asian Cup will be held from 12 January to 10 February 2024.
