Breaking Goal Record In Qualification History, France Destroys Gibraltar 14-0

JAKARTA - France had a goal party and broke the record when they destroyed Gibraltar 14-0 in the Euro 2024 qualification Group B match at Allianz Riviera, Sunday, November 19 in the morning WIB.

France has already qualified for the finals. Didier Deschamps' team also faces a weak team at the bottom of the group standings.

However, Deschamps still fielded the best squad. Pillar players who are absent because they are injured or subject to a ban on playing. But the main fit players still have to play.

So, captain Kylian Mbappe led Les Bleus against the team. He worked hand in hand with other pillar players such as Antoine Griezmann and Kingsley Coman to support Marcus Thram who played center forward.

In that match, Mbappe scored a hat-trick with one of the goals from the penalty points in the 30, 74 and 82 minutes.

Meanwhile, defender Ethan Santos' own goal opened a French victory party. The goal was also created at a fast tempo because the game had only been running for three minutes.

Only one minute later, Thuram had made France 2-0 up. In the 16th minute, Zare-Emery made history by scoring a goal in his debut. But he only played for 20 minutes due to injury. Zare-Emery's position was later replaced by Youssouf Fofana.
