Mohamed Salah Leaves, Liverpool Ready To Bring Leroy Sane

JAKARTA - Liverpool star Mohamed Salah seems to be leaving Anfield soon. Liverpool are also ready to release the player. His successor? Liverpool are targeting Leroy Sane who plays at Bayern Munich.

The togetherness of Salah and Liverpool, which have been built since 2017, is coming to an end. The star of the Egyptian national team is the last player from the trident of Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino to leave the Reds.

When leaving Liverpool, Mane joined Bayern and then played in the Pro-Saudi League. He followed Cristiano Ronaldo to strengthen Al Nassr. Meanwhile, Firmino went straight to Arabia to join Al Expert.

Salah has actually become the target of another Arab club, Al-Ittihad. The offer was submitted to Liverpool for 150 million at the start of the competition season. Obviously this is a lucrative offer for Liverpool to release the 31st player.

However, Liverpool refused to release Salah, who is still a key player. Evidently, he has scored six goals and made four assists out of 10 games with The Pool.

However, Liverpool cannot forever maintain Salah. With his contract which is still two years away, Liverpool will almost certainly release their players next season. Moreover, Al-Ittihad is still waiting for the arrival of this player nicknamed Pride of the Arabs.

If you release Salah, Liverpool hopes to get a replacement soon. And, Sane is the potential target for Liverpool.

Even the club is ready to break the transfer record by disbursing 80 million to bring this German national team player.

Sane is actually no stranger to the English Premier League. Before moving to Bayern, he had been a pillar of Manchester City since 2016.

Sane's performance at Man City was also good at scoring 39 goals and 46 assists during 135 matches. The 27-year-old saw The Cityzens win the Premier League twice, the Carabao Cup twice and once the FA Cup.

After four seasons in Etihad, Sane returned to Germany to join Bayern in 2020. He also had a trophy because Bayern was an elite team in Germany's Bundesliga.

At Bayern, Sane still has a contract until 2025. Not only that, Liverpool will compete with Real Madrid who also want Sane.
