Rehan/Lisa Must Be Ready To Be Tired Of Facing Yuta/Arisa In The Last 16 Of The 2023 Badminton World Championships: Don't Give 100 Percent, But 1000 Percent

JAKARTA - Indonesian mixed doubles, Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Lisa Ayu Kusumawati, had to meet tough opponents in the round of 16 of the 2023 Badminton World Championships, Thursday, August 23. They must face Japanese seed Yuta Watanabe/Arisa Higashino.

Rehan/Lisa will certainly prepare an accurate strategy to face Yuta/Arisa who are more champions in winning. This Indonesian pair must be prepared to be tired in the match later.

"Moreover, the opponent also has a good defense. Therefore, we have to work hard. We know that Arisa is also not easy to die," said Lisa, as reported by Antara.

Agreeing with Lisa, Rehan said the two must be better prepared and mature. He admitted that he had to bring out the best against the world number two mixed doubles.

"Facing Yuta/Arisa in the round of 16, we have to be even more prepared. We have to work extra hard. Don't just be 100 percent, if necessary 1000 percent to bring out all our capabilities," said Rehan.

Yuta is a very patient player. The balls on top are good. Often it is not easy to guess where the ball will be directed. Even so, we are still ready. Currently, all the players who appear in the World Championships, you can say evenly. Who is more prepared, has a bigger chance of winning," he added.

Unfortunately Lisa's condition is worrying. The reason is that she had problems with her right ankle in the last 32.

He hopes that there will be no serious injuries so that he can give the best for Yuta/Arisa.

"Earlier, my right leg had received treatment in the field. Hopefully there will be no injuries and it will interfere with my appearance later. I certainly want to give the best results," said Lisa.
