JAKARTA The famous MMA fighter, Ronda Rousey, is rumored to be returning to the UFC after seven years of leaving the octagon stage. However, these rumors are doubtful of one of the UFC legends, Daniel Cormier.

Rousey, who is currently 36 years old, won the judo bronze at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. After the Olympics he then joined MMA by plunging into the 2010 amateur tournament, before finally turning to professionals by joining King of the Cage on March 27, 2011.

In November 2012 Rousey's golden age in MMA arrived, when the UFC signed him. Rousey was the first female fighter UFC contracted. Dana White as CEO of the UFC immediately awarded UFC women's bantamweight world title for Rousey without competing. Before moving to the UFC, Rousey held the title of bantamweight champion in Strikeforce.

Rousey managed to defend the UFC title six times in two years. Sinar Rousey dimmed when he lost twice to KO and TKO in a row, to Holly Holm (2015) and Amanda Nunes (2016). Rousey withdrew from the UFC, and changed professions as a free wrestler at World Wrestling Entertainment (WE).

"I'm not sure Ronda still needs to fight again. He already has everything, and is doing a lot in his life. Maybe he will leave WWE, but does he need to get into fighting sports again?," Cormier said in a question, as quoted by Sports FIRST.

I don't think Ronda needs to be hurt anymore by being a fighter anymore. He has many chances to do what he wants. Ronda can determine his own path," said Cormier again.
