Fajar Fathur Rahman is a footballer born in Manokwari, West Papua, May 29, 2002. At his current club, Borneo FC Samarinda, Fajar is actually a right-back. However, at the 2023 SEA Games, Indra Sjafri as the coach of the Indonesian U22 national team changed Fajar's position to a winger or striker.

Fajar started his career by strengthening the League 3 team, PS Bina Taruna. After that, he joined the Persib Youth and Central Kalimantan academies Putra Youth.

In 2019, Fajar participated in the Garuda Select program. From there, his name began to stick out until he was finally called up by the U-19 national team led by Bima Kua.
