BOGOR - The inaugural Series OnePrix 2023 was completed at the end of yesterday. The riders competed with each other at the Sentul Karting Circuit, March 18-19.
The first round of OnePrix 2023 introduces two new concepts, namely Superpole Race and Safety Bike. This concept has actually been applied to a number of international racing events.
Superpole is an extra race with the aim of determining the leading starting position. The selection was based on the top nine results of the quality practice.

In addition, the number of laps for the first round race in each class has also changed. As in the Expert class, which this season applies 24-lap regulations.
This step was enthusiastically welcomed by one of the riders, M Faerozi. He said this regulation would have a positive impact on the riders.
"With the increasing number of laps, we can better set a strategy to achieve maximum results. We have to take into account the resilience of tires, the physical, and also a mature strategy," he said.
