Arema FC Follows The UEFA Program For Post-Employment Recovery

Arema FC will participate in The Union of European Football Association (UEFA) Assist League Development Program 2022, as one of the post-tragedi recovery steps that took place at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang Regency some time ago.

Commissioner of PT Arema Aremania Bersatu Berkpresasi Indonesia (AABBI) Tatang Dwi Arifianto, in Malang City, East Java, Friday said that Arema FC ensured itself to attend the program which was held in Jakarta on 18-23 November 2022.

"The FCAreA ensures that it will attend the invitation. This is a great opportunity, especially in the current phase where Arema FC is in the process of recovering," Tatang said as quoted by Antara.

Tatang explained, in the program there will be a lot of material conveyed related to the professional development of football, as is currently developing in the Blue Continent or Europe.

According to him, there are seven important points that will be the main discussion in the program. Among them are club governance and operations, football development and financial management.

Then, operational implementation on the day of the match and venue management or match location, as well as club brands and fan communications. In addition, income income and operational planning.

"In this program, there is a lot of material related to the development of football in the professional direction as has been developed in Europe," he said.

According to Tatang, these points are needed by Arema FC after the tragedy at the Kanjuruhan Stadium that killed 135 people. Arema FC Business Manager Yusrinal Fitriandi will attend the program representing Arema FC.

"We think all of these points are in line with the target of Arema FC's recovery going forward, so once again this is a great opportunity that must be maximized," he said.

The management of Arema FC in recent times has been preparing a number of programs for the recovery of clubs after the Kanjuruhan route, involving a number of football figures in the country and internationally.

These names include, among others, Joko Driyono, Ronny Suhatril and Ratu Tisha. Then, Andrea Poggio from Italy, Soner Bicici from Turkey and Badiuzzaman Jamhari from England.
