JAKARTA - The rowing sport again presented a gold medal for the Indonesian contingent, Friday, May 13. This time it was won from the lightweight men's quadruple sculls.
This is the fourth gold medal that has been donated by the rowing team. Previously, gold medals in this sport came from the men's double sculls, lightweight men's double sculls, and lightweight men's coxless fours.
This fourth gold was presented by Ali Mardiansyah/Ihram/Ardi Isadi/Kakan Kusmana.
The Indonesian team defeated the host representative, Vietnam, who got a silver medal. While the bronze team won the Philippines.
