JAKARTA - The Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) will be held again after two seasons of vacuum due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The inaugural ARRC 2022 race will be held at the Buriram Circuit, Thailand, March 25-27.
Indonesian racer Andy Muhammad Fadly has a tough mission in the 2022 ARRC. He will try to defend the Asia Production (AP) 250 class title that he won in the 2019 season.
This season, AM Fadly will continue to defend the Manual Tech Racing Team. He will partner with Japanese racer Aiki Iyoshi.
"I can't wait to come back. The competition looks impressive," said AM Fadly, on the ARRC's official website.

This season the competition will be tougher. Challengers for the championship title are believed to come from fellow compatriots who defend the factory team from Indonesia.
Call it the trio of Astra Honda Racing Team, namely Adenanta Putra, Herjun Firdaus and Rheza Danica Ahrens. Then the champions from Yamaha Racing Indonesia, namely Aldi Satya Mahendra and Anggi Setiawan.
"Every rider is a tough competitor for me. Of course, I will compare my performance with riders from two Indonesian factory teams, Astra Honda Racing Team and Yamaha Racing Indonesia," he said.
Even though ARRC has been vacuum in the last two seasons, AM Fadly still maintains his racing skills. He is known to go down in several national racing events.
