Squad Is Not Yet Complete, Here's The Schedule For 6 Other Players To Join The National Team

JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team is in Singapore in preparation for appearing in the 2021 AFF Cup on December 9. However, ahead of the game, there are still six players who have not joined the team.

The six players are Elkan Baggott, Egy Maulana Vikri, Ernando Ari, Rizky Ridho, Nadeo Argawinata, and Rizky Dwi Febrianto.

Regarding when the six names joined the national team, the assistant coach of the national team Nova Arianto gave an answer. He reported that the six of them would arrive soon but could not come at the same time, because it was adjusted to the agenda of their respective clubs.

"Elkan (Baggott) plans for December 7, 2021. For Egy (Maulana Vikri) it is planned for December 13, 2021," Nova said in a statement received by VOI, Saturday, December 4.

Elkan and Egy themselves are currently players who defend European clubs and are still active players. Therefore, their arrival schedule still has to be adjusted.

Meanwhile, for Ernando Ari, Rizky Ridho, Nadeo Argawinata, and Rizky Dwi Febrianto, Nova gave a different answer. The four names are players from League 1 Clubs who are also still participating in national competitions.

Therefore, their presence is certain to occur after completing the last match at their club before the break in the draw.

"After their last game," added Nova.

For information, Ernando Ari and Rizky Ridho are currently strengthening Persebaya Surabaya. Meanwhile, Nadeo Argawinata is a member of Bali United, and Rizky Dwi Febrianto is a player of Arema FC.
