Some of the main conditions that apply include vehicles undergoing general repairs with an estimated time of more than 1x24 hours, or body & paint repairs with an estimated time of more than 14x24 hours. The maximum duration of borrowing a replacement car is up to 17 days, with the possibility of extension as needed and dealer approval.
