Jetour Plans To Launch Two Car Models In 2026, T1 Coming Soon?

JAKARTA - Jetour will continue to add its model portfolio to the Indonesian automotive market next year (2026). Currently, the Chinese brand has given birth to three models and most recently, namely T2, an off-road SUV that has a boxy display.

The presence of the latest model next year was revealed by the Sales Director of PT JETOUR Sales Indonesia, Michael Budihardja. Unfortunately, he did not describe in more detail what model would be launched.

"I'll count it first, but more or less there will be two more models next year," he said, when met at ICE BSD, some time ago.

It is very likely that the model in question is the PHEV version of the T2 SUV, and another model, namely T1, which was caught on camera several times while testing roads in Indonesia.

Previously, Marketing Director of PT Jetour Motor Indonesia, Moch Ranggy Radisyah revealed that his party was conducting a series of road tests in Indonesia (for the T1 model).

"This ROAD test is part of our research and validation to ensure that every Jetour product is in accordance with road conditions, climate, and local consumer needs," said Ranggy, August.

He emphasized that Jetour is committed to presenting relevant and high-quality vehicles for Indonesian consumers, as well as that each product is designed to consider market needs.

Referring to the original Chinese market, Jetour T1 is available in two engine options. For the gasoline variant, a 1,500 cc turbo engine is powered by 181 hp with a torque of 290 Nm. While the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) version is equipped with a 2,000 cc engine capable of producing 250 hp and 390 Nm of torque power.
