Commitment To Health And Environment, Wuling Signs Ambulance EV Partner Go Green At EDRR 2025

JAKARTA - Wuling participated in the 2025 Indonesia Emergency Disaster Reduction & Rescue Expo (EDRR) which took place on August 13'15 at Hall A, JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. Wuling's presence shows her commitment to innovation and sustainability in Indonesia.

Fill out the booth located in Hall A No. B09 carries the theme 'Revolutioning Emergency Response with Wuling Mitra EV', where Wuling collaborates with the Indonesian Smart Ambulance (API) in the development of the Wuling EV Van-based electric ambulance.

Wuling Motors Product Communication Manager Danang Wiratmoko, said Wuling was optimistic that electric vehicles are not only relevant for daily mobility, but also have the potential to support public services, including in terms of emergency health.

"Through this collaboration, we present Wuling Mitra EV Ambulance Go Green as a tangible manifestation of concern for health and the environment," he said, in his official statement, Friday, August 15.

The Go Green Ambulance program is an innovative step that combines electric car technology with fast, efficient, and sustainable emergency medical services. By applying the Wuling Mitra EV electric vehicle, this unit is able to reduce carbon emissions and air pollution, while still meeting ambulance operating standards.

In terms of vehicle design, this has been adjusted to maximize the space for medical personnel to move and facilitate patient access, in line with the mission of encouraging EV adoption in the health sector and strengthening the electric vehicle ecosystem in the field of public services.

This electric ambulance has a patient cabin with a length of 205 cm, a height of 128 cm, and a width of 140 cm, ensuring adequate room for emergency handling.

Speaking of the exterior area, this EV partner is equipped with a flash light and siren for priority on the road, as well as a body design that makes it easier to access in and out of patients.

Switching to the interior side has been designed using non-corosive materials and easy to clean, equipped with an anti-bacterial grade vinyl floor, optimal lighting system, air conditioning room, brackets, power inverters for medical equipment, medical officer seats, and a stretcher foundation.

The Wuling Ambulance EV Mitra Go Green is equipped with devices that match emergency standard. Starting from the patent monitor, wall aneroid tensimetre, 750 staker, head immunization, AED defibrillator, portable suction, portable ventilator, neck collar, and emergency bag. With all this equipment, it ensures that medical personnel can provide quick and precise treatment in the field, both for emergency cases and emergency patient transportation.
