Make sure the tire wind pressure is in accordance with the standards recommended by manufacturers and the tire flow has sufficient depth to prevent aquaplanting, namely the situation where the tire loses grip with the road surface due to water.

Visibility is also an important factor in driving in the rainy season. Make sure the wiper is optimal and the glass cleaning fluid is always fully filled to maintain a clear view while driving.

"The condition of vehicle lighting must also be in prime condition, because clean and functioning lights will improve driver visibility and safety, especially in bad rainy weather at night," Yannes said.

Inspection of the vehicle's electricity system is no less important. Regular electrical checks to avoid damage that can interfere with vehicle performance, such as a fire system or other electronic devices.

In addition, optimal engine conditions are very important in all weather. Make sure the engine cooling system is functioning properly and the cooling fluid is filled enough to prevent overheating (excess heat) engines," Yannes explained.

In addition, pay attention to the condition of the vehicle air conditioner. Yannes revealed, AC plays an important role in preventing foggy glass when it rains heavily.
