Indomobil Inaugurates Citroen Experience Center TB Simatupang Outlet, Closes Yourself To South Jakarta Customers

PT Indomobil National Distributor has again strengthened services for the Citroen brand in Indonesia by inaugurating the 'Citroen Experience Center' in the TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta. This is one of the 22 official outlet networks of the French brand in Indonesia.

This facility carries a design standardization from Citroen global which is intended to reach consumers in the South Jakarta area and its surroundings.

CEO of Dealer Indomobil Group Santiko Wardoyo, said the facility provides various services for Citroen car owners in Indonesia, ranging from aftersales, services, to sales.

"In this facility, we provide various services such as aftersales and other services," said Santiko in his remarks at the inauguration of the outlet at TB Simatupang, Jakarta, Saturday, September 21.

CEO of PT Indomobil National Distribution Tan Kim Piauw, added that the presence of this outlet also shows his party's commitment to preparing various consumer needs such as spare parts with expert technicians.

"Since entering Indonesia in 2022, we have continued to be committed and strive to bring more networks of dealers to our customers by preparing expert spare parts and technicians," said Tan Kim Piauw.

This is the fourth Citroen Experience Center network to be present in Indonesia after being on Jl. MT Haryono, Jl. Halim Perdana Kusuma, and Pantai Indah Kapuk which was inaugurated some time ago.

This facility has a building area measuring about 1,000 m2 located on Jl RA Kartini II-S Kav. 7, Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.

With a design inspired by everyday life, lounges at the Citrotan Experience Center combine comfort, innovation, and technology, and offer a calming atmosphere like at home.

Citroen Experience Center TB Simatupang provides various units including e-C3 and C3 Aircross and provides test drive units that can be tested directly by visitors.

This building provides qualified facilities such as five service bay areas, which aim to ensure maintenance and repair of vehicles on time.

This dealer also provides an EV charging pile facility service, making it easier for Citroen e-C3 owners to charge. In addition, there is a special floor that functions as a stockyard or vehicle unit storage area.

The service will be opened every Monday Friday at 08.30 19.00 WIB. The outlet is also open on weekends with operating hours opening from 08.30 15.00 WIB.
