Answering The High Interest Of East Java Consumers, Chery Opens Dealer Network In Surabaya

JAKARTA - PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) continues to provide full-time sales services throughout the country. Now, the company has announced the opening of a Chery Ceriary dealer in the city of Surabaya, East Java, which is also the result of collaboration with PT Mobil Bahagia Indonesia.

Head of Brand Department of PT CSI Rifkie Setiawan, said this was the opening of a network of dealers in the region because Surabaya became the city with the second most sales in Indonesia after Jabodetabek and at the same time answered the public's enthusiasm for Chery products.

"Seeing the high enthusiasm of the community for Chery products is our main motivation to continue to be present and provide the best service for the people of Surabaya and its surroundings," said Rifkie in his statement, Monday, September 9.

The dealer network is located on Jl. Arjuna No. 154, Sawahan, Surabaya, East Java which was built on an area of 1,727 m2 with a building of 2,057 m2.

This 'Chery Cheer' Dealer provides 3S service standards (Sales, Service, Shareparts), including one stop service for periodic service, general service, smearing balancing, and tire replacement. This facility is expected to make it easier for prospective consumers to obtain information about products and make vehicle purchases.

"The presence of Chery Ceriara in Surabaya is expected to make a positive contribution to economic growth and urban development, as well as provide a choice of quality vehicles for the people of Surabaya and its surroundings," said General Manager of PT Mobil Ceria Indonesia Hariyanto Prasetyo Siantar.

The dealer is also supported by a professional sales team, as well as an experienced engineering team so that customers and owners of Chery vehicles can satisfactorily enjoy this service.

This facility features a number of products from Chery, such as Tiggo 5X, Tiggo 7 Pro, Tiggo 8, Tiggo 8 Pro, Tiggo 8 Pro Max, Omoda 5, Omoda 5 GT, and its first electric car in Indonesia called Omoda E5.

With the opening of the 'Chery Ceria' network, PT CSI already has 36 networks of dealers spread throughout Indonesia while establishing itself as a major player in the Indonesian automotive industry.
