The enthusiasm of visitors to the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2024 exhibition, which was held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Tangerang on July 18, 2024, is recorded to increase every day.

During the five exhibition days alone, Astra Financial claimed the transaction value recorded reached IDR 917.491 billion, an increase of 4.3 percent compared to the same period in 2023 which reached IDR 880.068 billion.

With increasing performance, ten business units that are members of Astra Financial, namely FIFGROUP, Astra Credit Companies (ACC), Toyota Astra Finance (TAF), Astra Insurance, Astra Life, AstraPay, Maucash, Moxa, Bank Saqu and SEVA, collaborate to continue to support the running of the second largest international standard automotive event in the world.

This year is the sixth year Astra Financial participated and became a Platinum Sponsor at GIIAS 2024 in Tangerang and Surabaya. Astra Financial targets transactions that are at least the same as last year, namely Rp 2.8 trillion for GIIAS Tangerang and GIIAS Surabaya 2024.

Four- and Two-wheeled Wheel Financing Business In 5 Exhibition Days

On the fifth day, four-wheeled transactions reported by Astra Financial through ACC and TAF increased by 4% or Rp899,197 billion from 2,402 units, compared to the previous period of Rp864.410 billion from 2,368 units.

On the fifth day, FIFGROUP recorded two-wheeled transactions of IDR 6.109 billion from 265 motorcycle financing units, up 43.7% from the previous year's value of IDR 4.251 billion from 174 units.

Insurance Business

For vehicle insurance transactions at GIIAS 2024, Astra Insurance generates premium value of IDR 1.064 billion, up 68.8% from the 2023 premium of IDR 630 million.

The sale of Astra Life credit life life life insurance, which was marketed together with the financing of ACC 4-wheeled vehicles and TAF, managed to reach IDR 8.462 billion, grew 5.7% compared to the same period at GIIAS in 2023 which reached IDR 8.003 billion.
