Chery Tiggo 5X Gets Positive Response, Orders D Claim Up To Hundreds Of Units

JAKARTA - PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) recently launched a series from Tiggo, namely Tiggo 5X which is now claimed to have received a positive response from the market.

This was revealed by PT CSI Vice President Zeng Shuo, he said the order for the 5X Chery Tiggo unit had reached hundreds.

"Right now (the order) is about 300 units, it's a handover, and retail sales is almost that much," he told the media crew, when met in the Jakarta area.

He further said that the response to Tiggo 5X was quite good, and there have even been consumers who have ordered since it was introduced last February.

"We are also preparing for GIIAS 2024 and there is an interesting special program for consumers," he added.

He also revealed that in addition to the good sales performance of the Tiggo series, CSI is also committed to presenting products that can meet market or consumer demand.

"I think the Tiggo series is ripe in terms of products and can fulfill what consumers want," he explained.

As is known, the Tiggo Chery series has several models, ranging from the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, Tiggo 8 Pro, Tiggo 5X and the latest Chery Tiggo 8 which is specially prepared for the Indonesian market.

Talking about the price of Chery Tiggo 5X is marketed starting from Rp249 million for Classic type and Rp279 million for Champion. But for the first 1,000 consumers, the manufacturer gave special prices of Rp239 million (Classic) and Rp269 million (Champion).
