Supporting The Progress Of Indonesian Football, Hyundai Facilitates Shin Tae-yong With Genesis Electrified G80

JAKARTA - PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) today gave special appreciation to Shin Tae-yong, the coach of the Indonesian Football National Team (Timnas), for his dedication and achievements in bringing the national team to the semifinals of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup 2024.

This appreciation was realized by the handover of the Genesis Electrified G80 Long-Wheelbase unit, the leading luxury electric sedan from Genesis, Hyundai's premium brand.

The submission of the Genesis Electrified G80 shows Hyundai's ongoing commitment in supporting the progress of Indonesian football, in line with the vision of "Progress for Humanity". Previously, in 2022, Hyundai had provided 1 PALISADE unit and 1 STARIA unit to support the mobility of the national team.

President Director of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia, Woojune Cha, expressed his pride for the achievements of the national team under the direction of Shin Tae-yong.

"The handover of the Genesis Electrified G80 is a form of our appreciation for Shin Tae-yong's dedication and contribution in bringing the Indonesian national team to the top 4 of the 2024 AFC U-23 Asian Cup," said Woojune Cha, in his official statement.

Furthermore, Woojune Cha hopes that the Genesis Electrified G80 can support Shin Tae-yong's activities in coaching the national team and inspiring the younger generation of Indonesian football to achieve brilliant achievements in the international arena.

Shin Tae-yong, Head of the Indonesian Football National Team Coach, expressed his gratitude for Hyundai's support.
