KTB Sets Target For Selling 10 Electric Trucks ECanter Throughout 2024

PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), as the official distributor of commercial vehicles from Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) in Indonesia, has installed an eCanter electric truck sales target in 2024.

This was revealed by the Sales and Marketing Director of PT KTB Aji Jaya, he revealed the target of selling at least 10 units of eCanteng trucks in the country this year.

"Regarding the sales target, because this year we are the pioneers of the first electric truck in Indonesia, at least 10 units are targeted," he said, during a breaking of the fast with the media, in Jakarta, Thursday, March 14.

However, he said the target also depends on market conditions, of course it will have great potential and the above figure is only the initial stage.

"Of course this will have great potential, for the initial stage we try at least 10 units but I'm sure it's more than that," he added.

As is known, KTB has been conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) since two years ago with eight companies, so the truck is lent so that it can be tried directly. From the results of POC, it gets input from consumers and the results are positive, some are even interested in eCanter.

"After PoC, we got a lot of input from consumers, the results were positive. For this reason, until today it will be launched according to the plan of GIIAS 2024 July," he added.

So it is worth waiting for the work of the eCanter electric truck as a pioneer of electric commercial vehicles in the country.
