JAKARTA - Various electric car models have paved in Indonesia, including from BMW. Since its launch last year, BMW iX has received a warm welcome.

This was revealed by Teguh Widodo, as the Operation Manager of BMW Astra. Based on data disclosed until October 2023, there have been 350 units delivered to consumers.

"As of October, approximately 350 units have been delivered to consumers. Until December, we don't know how many numbers," he said, when met by the media crew in Jakarta, Monday, November 13.

"Our BMW iX did not expect his request to be a lot, because maybe many people who talk about electric vehicles and iX are milling about the highway. So many people pay attention, plus often support government events such as summits in Labuan Bajo and G20," he explained.

This one car is equipped with fifth-generation eDrive technology, which allows users to gain emission-free driving experience by driving all electric wheels, and distance range that suits their daily needs.
