Chery Strengthens Purnajual Services By Presenting Service Cars

JAKARTA - A vehicle manufacturer from China, Chery, has again strengthened its position in Indonesia's automotive industry by increasing its total sales services.

Through PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI), the manufacturer handed over the Service Car unit to eight representatives of the Chery dealers located in the Jakarta area and its surroundings as a form of commitment in presenting the service to Chery consumers.

This is done in line with Chery's "6 Star Service" commitment. The purpose of presenting the Service Car is to make it easier for consumers to maintain and repair Chery cars.

Shawn Xu, as President of PT CSI and Vice President of Chery International, said that apart from being a form of manufacturer's commitment to its consumers, the construction of this service also strengthens premium values, both through excellence and product quality as well as excellence and quality of its full-sale service.

"PT Chery Sales Indonesia handed over eight Service Car units to the dealers so that this service can be immediately felt by consumers, and will continue according to the development of the dealer network," Shawn said in his statement, Friday, September 1.

In an effort to provide a better consumer experience, Chery ensures that the quality of Service Car services remains consistent according to Star Service Chery's 6th standard and easily accessible to consumers.

Chery will prepare trained and alert mechanics and can answer all the needs of Chery consumers in terms of maintenance and availability of features.

The car that will be used as a Service Car is the Tiggo 7 Pro which facilitates all consumer needs that require vehicle maintenance and repair.

Having a large cabin space, the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro is able to accommodate all repair needs such as tools to support maintenance and repair.

Having a maximum torque capability of 210 Nm, Chery chose the Tiggo 7 Pro to cover all terrain. The modification of the Car Chery Service also has high equipment quality to support the mechanics of making vehicle repairs.
