JAKARTA - The ASEAN 2023 Summit (KTT) is underway in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The event, which took place from 9-11 May, received support from PT Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) by sending 65 units of Toyota bZ4x.
According to PT TAM Marketing Director, Anton Jimmi Suwandy, said that by sending Toyota bZ4x to NTT, Toyota could contribute and form their commitment to achieving carbon neutrality targets.
"This is a form of our contribution and commitment in achieving the carbon neutrality target that has been determined by the government through emission-free mobility," said Anton in his official statement.
This is the second time Toyota has been trusted as a vehicle supplier for an important international event. Previously, Toyota sent bZ4x to the G20 event which took place in Bali last year.
The electric SUV from Toyota was used to meet the mobility needs of ASEAN delegates during the event.
