Denmark Open 2025 Schedule: 6 Indonesian Representatives Play Today

JAKARTA A total of six Indonesian representatives will start their struggle on the first day of the Denmark Open 2025 which will take place on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

Indonesia has sent a total of 15 representatives to the Super 750 BWF level tournament which took place at the Jyske Bank Arena. This event provided a prize of 950 thousand US dollars or equivalent to Rp. 15.7 billion.

The series of matches from the first round of the tournament will start at 09.00 local time or 14.00 WIB. Indonesian representatives play in Fields 2 and 3.

The two representatives who took part in Field 2 were men's singles Alwi Farhan and women's singles Gregoria Mariska Tunjung, who had just recovered from health problems.

Alwi, the 2023 junior world champion, will play in a third match against Hong Kong champion Ng Ka Long Angus. Gregoria met Kirsty Gilmour (Scotland) in the sixth party.

The remaining four representatives who will play in Field 3 in a row are Putri Kusuma Wardani, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri, Febriana Dwi Puji Kusuma/Meilysa Trias Puspitasari, and Sabar Karyaman Gutama/Mohammad Reza Pahlevi Isfahani.

Putri Kusuma Wardani will play in a third match against Anmol Kharb (India) and Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri clashing with Kenya Mitsuhashi/Hiroki Okamura (Japan) in the eighth party.

After Fajar/Fikri's appearance, Febriana Dwi Puji Kusuma/Maysa Trias Puspitasari immediately went down against the Polish pair, Paulina Cybulska/Kornelia Marczak.

Indonesia's journey on the first day of the tournament then closed with a Sabar/Reza appearance. The pair played in the 11th match against men's doubles Huang Di/Liu Yang (China).
