Persija Coach Prays For Rizky Ridho And Muhammad Ferarri Who Are Called To The Indonesian National Team

JAKARTA - Persija Jakarta coach, Carlos Pena, prays for the success of two of his players who can call for the Indonesian national team in the 2026 World Cup Qualification continued match. The two names are Rizky Ridho and Muhammad Ferarri.

Ridho and Ferarri are on the temporary list of 27 players called Patrick Kluivert to defend the Indonesian national team against Australia. This match is the seventh matchday of Group C of the 2026 World Cup Qualification which will be held in Sydney on March 20, 2025.

In this period, the competition for players will be fiercer considering that the Garuda squad is now headed by a new figure, Patrick Kluivert from the Netherlands. Reflecting on the situation, Carlos Pena appreciated his two players who had won trust and wished them both success with the Indonesian national team.

"It's not easy, it's not easy to get into the squad (Indonesian national team). So, it deserves thumbs up for them," said Carlos Pena after the Persija match against Arema in Bekasi, quoted Monday, March 10, 2025.

"It is very difficult for League 1 players to be able to play in the Indonesian national team. So, I wish them all the best. Good luck in the next match for the Indonesian national team," said the coach praying for Ridho and Ferarri.

In 27 lists of temporary players called Kluivers, there are only nine names who are players in League 1. The rest are naturalized players and abroad players.

From the existing list, Kluivert made a surprise by calling Septian Bagaskara. This player is a player of Dewa United who has recorded seven goals and one assist in Liga 1 this season.

The number of players currently available is not final because there is still a high probability following the arrival of three new naturalized players. They are Emil Audero, Dean James, and Joey Pelupessy, whose naturalization is still being accelerated.
