Magomed Ankalaev Wins Absolute And Wins UFC Champion 313

JAKARTA - Magomed Ankalaev recorded a brilliant victory in the UFC 313 match by beating Alex Pereira with an absolute number victory at the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas on Sunday, local time.

With this result, Ankalaev won the light heavyweight title Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Ankalaev won an absolute number victory from three judges who gave a score of 49-46, 48-47, 48-47.

The five-round match begins with the two fighters waiting for each other's chance to attack. The attack began when Pereira fired a shot targeting Ankalaev's feet.

Not standing still, Ankalaev fought back by starting to release several punches combined with kicks to shake the Pereira defense.

Towards the end of the first round, Ankalaev had the opportunity to lock Pereira but yielded no results until the end of the round without a landslide attack.

The exchange of hard punches from the two fighters began to appear in the second round which made the match start to heat up. An Ankalaev's powerful blow at the end of the round almost sent Pereira down, but the Brazilian was spared from further attacks as the bell ended in the sound of the round.

Ankalaev continued to approach Pereira to attack in close range in the third round. The Russian fighter began to be aggressive in maintaining his dominance momentum.

Pereira also tried to take over the fight with several jabs that entered the Ankalaev defense, but no landslide attacks were weakening.

The fight got fiercer in the fourth round when Pereira was pushed to the side of the octagon fence by successive blows, including a knee attack from Ankalaev. Fortunately, Pereira was still able to survive Ankalaev's takedown attempt.

Ankalaev continued to attack, which made Pereira even more cornered, so he chose to be in a defensive position and only once carried out a counterattack.

The exchange of punches became even more massive in the fifth round. Pereira shot up a combination of punches that made it difficult for Ankalaev, but were immediately replied with a lock at the end of the match, although Pereira was able to survive well.

After five rounds ended without a knockout action, the jury decided Ankalaev as the winner to win the UFC lightweight heavyweight title.
