The incident occurred in a match that brought together SMP 1 Bogor City against SD Mardiwaluya Cibinong at the 2025 SDH Basketball tournament in Bogor City, Monday, February 17, 2025.

"I am saddened and strongly condemn this incident. I ask the Perbasi DPP to send a team to investigate and investigate this case so that it does not happen again," said the General Chairperson of the Perbasi DPP, Budisatrio Djiwandono, in a statement.
