AGO Summons Lawyer Djoko Tjandra Anita Kolopaking

JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) summoned fugitive lawyer Djoko Soegiarto Tjandra, Anita Kolopaking. Anita was summoned regarding the circulation of a video of a meeting with the Head of the State Prosecutor's Office (Kejari Jaksel) Nanang Supriatna.

"The schedule is today," said Head of the Legal Information Center of the Attorney General's Office, Hari Setiyono, when confirmed by VOI, Monday, July 27.

Djoko Tjandra's lawyer, Anita Kolopaking, was also scheduled to be examined because the video was circulating on social media with the title “The Anita Kolopaking meeting is lobbying Nanang Supriatna, SH. Head of the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office ”.

Djoko Tjandra, who is a fugitive, is currently applying for a Reconsideration (PK). The Supreme Court (MA) previously handed down a verdict of 2 years in prison for the PK submitted by prosecutors on June 12, 2009.

Hari said the Attorney General's Office of Supervision had examined South Jakarta Kajar, Head of Special Crimes Section (Kasi Pidsus), Head of Intelligence and other staff on duty at the meeting with Anita.
