JAKARTA - The son of the old singer Nia Daniaty, Olivia Nathania, has canceled her examination as a reported case of alleged CPNS fraud. The reason, Olivia is sick.

"Not present, due to health conditions," said Olivia's lawyer, Susanti Agustina when confirmed, Thursday, October 14.

However, when asked about her client's illness, Susanti did not explain in detail. He only emphasized that Olivia was not feeling well.

"Not healthy," he said.

Because they could not fulfill the summons for the examination, continued Susanti, her party had coordinated with the investigative team. So, the inspection was rescheduled for next week.

"Ask to be rescheduled for Monday," said Susanti.

Previously reported, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said investigators would schedule a re-examination of Nia Daniaty's child, Olivia Nathania.

"Sister O and her husband have been examined by us to take information, they are present and are planning to file a case. However, the results of the examination of the files still have questions for O," said Yusri.

Yusri said, investigators scheduled an examination of Olivia on Thursday, October 14.

"On Thursday, we invite the person concerned again to take his statement because there are several questions that need to be given to O," said Yusri.

For information, Olivia Nathania and her husband, RN, were reported for a civil servant recruitment fraud case. The report was addressed to the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya.

In addition, the report is registered with the number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: 23 September 2021. The articles reported are Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
