JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 261,731 specimens were examined with the result that there were 1,233 new positive cases of COVID-19.

The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to Central Java with an additional 626 recovered cases. Followed by West Java with an additional 224 recovered cases, DKI Jakarta with an additional 203 recovered cases, and East Java with an additional 143 recovered cases.

No province has reported any new cases as of today. In addition, the number of specimens that have been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigens reached 42,366,580.

The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or who are currently categorized as suspected cases was recorded at 424,799 people. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.

To date, 102,685,817 people have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 59,411,498 people have received the second dose of vaccination.
