"If you want to catch up, yes, at least in the morning until four or five in the afternoon it's just finished. Don't be like the breakfast, lunch, dinner, work hours, it's a hassle," he said.
The Sultan emphasized that the pattern of implementing the vaccination was fully under the authority of the district/city government, while the provincial government only facilitated it.
