Lawyer For Child Fraud Victim Nia Daniaty Olivia Nathania Suspects There Is A Conspiracy Behind Reporting Each Other

JAKARTA - The lawyer for the victim of a CPNS recruitment fraud, Odie Hodianto, suspects that Olivia Nathania has collaborated with the party who reported Agustin. Information about the alleged conspiracy was heard by the lawyer.

"We suspect there is (a conspiracy), because previously Agustin (his client) told a story," Odie told reporters, Wednesday, October 6.

Agustin was reported by two people to the Polda Metro Jaya with a case of alleged fraud. The report was registered with the number STTLP/B/4920/X/2021/SPKT/POLDAMETROJAYA, dated October 5th.

Even so, Odie stated that he fully surrendered to the police. Because, all the facts will be revealed in the process of investigation and investigation.

For information, this case began when five people claimed to be victims of fraud and/or embezzlement and/or falsification of letters allegedly committed by Olivia Nathania and her husband, RN.

The victim reported Olivia Nathania and RF to the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya with the number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: September 23, 2021. The articles that are suspected are Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.

After the report, the son of singer Nia Daniaty straightened out the news that he had committed fraud. According to him, he only opens tutoring for those who want to become Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS).

Olivia explained, to take CPNS lessons that she made, participants had to pay RP25 million. The money is used to pay employees and operations during lessons.
