Police Wait For Red Notice Case Inkrah To Determine Status Of Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte In Bhayangkara Corps

JAKARTA - The National Police are still waiting for the decision on the abolition of the red notice with permanent legal force or inkrah to determine the status of Napoleon Bonaparte, who is currently still a member of the Bhayangkara Koprs.

This statement was made in response to questions about disciplinary sanctions against Napoleon Bonaparte who had been named a suspect in the case of persecution against Muhammad Kece.

"We will see later on the case that is being handled by investigators regarding the relationship with Djoko Tjandra, this case has not progressed to what extent, the verdict will be received by the person concerned," said Head of Public Information Bureau (Karo Penmas) of the Public Relations Division of the Police Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono to reporters, Wednesday, October 6.

At the appeal level, the panel of judges upheld the verdict in the first instance with a prison sentence of four years. However, the decision has not been reached because Napoleon Bonaparte can still appeal.

Until now the Police are still waiting for the appeal process to be completed. If it is inkrah, then disciplinary sanctions will be given to Napoleon Bonaparte.

"Later, after signing the appeal, there will be an appeal, then the Police will take the next steps, waiting for the process that is being carried out by Napoleon Bonaparte's brother," said Rusdi.

"Later on, after the case has been sentenced, the Police will take steps, right, let's see first the final verdict from him, how many years will it take, from there the Police will take steps internally," he continued.

Previously, the National Police said that the suspect in the alleged abuse case of Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte was transferred to the Bureau of Supervision and Professional Development (Wabprof). This delegation relates to disciplinary violations in this series of cases.

This delegation was due to Napoleon Bonaparte's status as a member of the National Police. Later, in handling the Wabprof, sanctions will be determined.
