JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) hopes that the Papua Youth Creative Hub, which will be built and is expected to be completed in 2022, will become a means of developing human resources (HR) in Papua. The cost of building this place reached IDR 96 billion.

Meanwhile, the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), Budi Gunawan, said that the Papua Youth Creative would later be built on two floors. The first floor consists of the lobby, coffee shop, co-working space, library, gallery, minimarket, MSME Store, training room, and worship room.
Then on the second floor, there will be a conventional hall, secretariat office, music and entertainment arts room, language room, coding and programming room, entrepreneurship room, and counseling room in the health sector.

He also explained that there were slight changes to the building design concept. BIN, which became the motor of the building's construction, admitted that it received input from the Papuan community so that the building was round in shape to characterize the integrity of the symbol.
