JAKARTA - Considered a victim of motorbike confiscation by a debt collector, a man riding a Honda Supra X motorbike turned out to be the target of the operation (TO) of the drug buser of the Kebon Jeruk Police, West Jakarta. The incident occurred on Jalan Kebon Jahe Kober V, near the Paspamres Headquarters, Petojo Selatan Village, Gambir District, Central Jakarta.

The man, wearing a black and yellow striped shirt and shorts, was arrested by plainclothes police officers on suspicion of carrying illegal narcotics from the West Jakarta area.

According to local resident Iwan Gunawan, the Supra X motorcyclist was followed by two plainclothes police officers from West Jakarta.

"Earlier, he was chased by his motorbike, I thought the debt collector wanted to take the motorbike. He turned out to be a police officer, he wanted to take the drug key. Then there (behind the Paspampres building) his motorbike fell," said Iwan to VOI, Wednesday, September 29, afternoon.

When the raid was carried out, the plainclothes police searched the motorbike belonging to a man whose identity was not yet known. The motorcycle seat and jacket the man was wearing were searched.

After a sweep, around the location of the arrest, the police found narcotics suspected of having methamphetamine scattered on the road. Precisely in front of the back gate of the Central Jakarta City Government (Pemkot). Allegedly, the drug items were thrown away by the man because he felt he was being watched by officers.

"No one knows that the evidence was thrown away. The evidence is that methamphetamine was dumped there, dumped near the blue car. The detective came here to point out (narcotics). That's why the sergeant came here to point out that there were 5 packages (meth), from the Kebon Jeruk Police, " he said.

The male Supra X driver was then handcuffed by police officers. The man was brought in a ride to the West Jakarta Metro Police using the detective's motorbike.
