Medan City Regional Representative Council And Government Approve The 2021 Regional Budget Amendment Of IDR 5.2 Trillion

MEDAN - The Medan City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) and the Medan City Government ratified the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) regarding the Amendment to the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (P-APBD) for the 2021 Fiscal Year worth IDR 5.2 trillion.

The chairman of the Medan City DPRD, Hasyim, who chaired the plenary meeting, Tuesday, September 28, asked all meeting participants who were present whether the 2021 Raperda P-APBD would be approved as a regional regulation. The meeting participants answered in unison, "Agree".

Then it was marked by the signing of the joint ratification of the Medan City Regional Budget for 2021 by four elements of the leadership of the Medan City DPRD together with the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution.

Prior to the signing, eight factions of the Medan City DPRD expressed their final opinion, with all factions accepting and approving the 2021 Medan City Regional Budget P-APBD to be ratified as the 2021 Medan City P-ABD Regional Regulation.

In the 2021 P-APBD structure reported by the Medan City Government, it consists of revenues of IDR 5.2 trillion, regional expenditures of IDR 5.73 trillion, financing of revenues of IDR 622.43 billion, financing of expenditures of IDR 100 billion, and net financing of IDR 522.43 billion.

Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution appreciated all council members who carried out discussions and approvals for the 2021 P-APBD that went smoothly.

"I hope that there can be an acceleration in the implementation of the 2021 APBD so that the benefits are felt by the community, and a stimulus for the city's economic growth as well as encouraging the acceleration of urban development," said Bobby Nasution, quoted by Antara.
