Not A FKG Graduate, But It's Been 2 Years Since Anton Opened A Dentist Practice

JAKARTA - The Kupang City Resort Police (Polres) has named Anton (35) alias AHH, a resident of Bijeli Village, Noemuti District, North Central Timor (TTU) Regency as the main suspect in the case of a fake dentist practice that has been going on for two years.

"The person in question has been named a suspect in the case of practicing a fake dentist," said Kupang City Police Chief AKBP Satrya Perdana P Taring Binti, in Kupang, Monday, September 27.

Anton opened his fake dentist practice in several places in Kupang City. Even Anton also expanded his wings to Kefamenanu City, North Central Timor Regency (TTU).

While practicing his fake doctor, Anton was assisted by a number of his friends. Including the matter of promoting the practice of dentists on a mobile basis.

"The rates according to the person concerned vary," said the number one person at the Kupang City Police, as quoted by Antara.

Anton is not a dentist. However, based on the results of the preliminary examination, Anton admitted that he had studied as a dentist and graduated from one of the universities in Kediri.

AKBP Satrya Perdana explained that the case file for the first stage of the suspect had been transferred to the prosecutor's office for further action. According to the Police Chief, the suspect will be charged according to his actions in accordance with Article 78 in conjunction with Article 73 paragraph (2) of Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practice.

"For the suspect's actions against the law, the suspect will be sentenced to 5 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 150 million," he said.
