Beware, Haji Lulung Said There Are Parties Who Try To Clash Religion With Pancasila

JAKARTA – Abraham Lunggana alias Haji Lulung, reminded the public, especially in the country, to be aware of propaganda that clashes between religion and Pancasila. The chairman of the Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of the DKI Jakarta United Development Party (PPP) also asked the youth not to be provoked by propaganda.

"There is a group of people doing propaganda. This person seems to be inviting Pancasila. However, in fact he is conveying propaganda, inciting youths to clash religion with Pancasila," Haji Lulung quoted Antara, Sunday, September 19.

This was conveyed by Haji Lulung in his inaugural political speech as Chair of the DKI Jakarta PPP DPW at the opening of the Regional III Deliberation for the Young Generation of Indonesian Development (GMPI) DKI Jakarta.

Haji Lulung said that community unity is important for the Indonesian people, especially maintaining religious harmony. Moreover, based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, everyone has the right to embrace a religion.

"PPP as an Islamic party must continue to increase the sense of unity. This is important for the Indonesian people," he said.
