French Citizens Revealed Become Sex Predators Of 305 Street Children In West Jakarta

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has succeeded in uncovering cases of sexual violence against 305 children by foreign nationals (WNA) from France, Francois Abello Camille. This 65-year-old male libelous action has been carried out for years.

Sadly, the children who were targeted to satisfy Frans' lust were street children. Kapolda Metro Jaya, Inspector General Nana Sudjana said this case was revealed because of information from the public.

Armed with this report, his party conducted investigations at hotels in the West Jakarta area. Based on the investigation, the information led to a criminal act of child exploitation. Thus, police officers immediately raided one of the hotel room units.

"After visiting the PP hotel located around Lokasari, Tamansari, West Jakarta, the investigators found a foreigner half naked with two naked and half naked children," said Nana in Jakarta, Thursday, June 9.

Then the police conducted an in-depth investigation. Initially, Fran avoided having committed acts of sexual immorality. But the police didn't just give up. Investigators made other efforts by examining the evidence, one of which was from the perpetrator's laptop.

From there, investigators asked the Cyber Crime Bareskrim for help to open the file. As it turned out, the file contained hundreds of videos of his actions with hundreds of children.

"These 305 minors are based on video data on the laptop in the form of a film. So all the data on the perpetrator is videotaped. There is a video hidden in the room when doing the action," said Nana.

From here, Frans began to open up and tell the truth. In front of the investigator, the children who were victimized were street children. They are dressed before being executed.

In fact, to persuade the victims, Frans argued that he would use them as photo models and promised to give them some money. For that reason, the victim was tempted and agreed to his request.

However, when the victims refused to be lustful, Frans would resort to violence. Beaten until slapped for example.

"The children were given cash compensation of Rp. 250 to Rp. 1 million. Those who did not want to have sex were slapped and kicked," said Nana.

From that case, a number of evidence was confiscated. For example, 21 costumes worn by victims for shooting and making obscene videos, 1 laptop, 6 memory cards, 20 condoms, and 2 vibrators.

For his actions, Frans was charged with layered articles, namely, intercourse with children under the age of Article 81 Jo 76D of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 17 of 2016 concerning child protection with a minimum imprisonment of 5 years, a maximum of 15 years and a maximum fine of Rp. 5 billion.

Then, intercourse with minors with more than 1 (one) child victim, Article 81 paragraph (5) Jo 76D RI Law No.1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to the RI Law. No. 23 of 2002 concerning child protection is punished with death, life imprisonment, or imprisonment for a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 20 years and can be subject to castration.

Sexual abuse of minors Article 82 Jo 76E of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 17 of 2016 concerning child protection is punished with imprisonment of 5 years, maximum 15 years and a maximum fine of IDR 5 billion.

Economic and / or sexual exploitation of children under Article 88 Jo 76 I of the Republic of Indonesia Law No.17 of 2016 on child protection is punished with a maximum imprisonment of 10 years and a maximum fine of Rp.200 million.

Without the right to distribute photos or videos that violate decency Article 27 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 45 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 19 of 2016 regarding ITE was sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 6 years and a maximum fine of Rp. 1 billion.
