A Wreath Appears To Support Formula E Interpellation, MCC: It's Possible That The Sender Is Only A Handful Of People

Wreath supports the interpellation of formula e to the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan/Diah Ayu-VOI

JAKARTA - Chairman of the PKS faction of the DKI DPRD (Regional House of Representatives), Ahmad Yani, responded to the appearance of several flower bouquets that narrated supporting the Interpellation of Formula E in front of the DKI DPRD building.

Yani suspects that the sending of dozens of flower bouquets supporting the PDIP and PSI factions asking for an interpellation to the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan is only a handful of people. Yes, I'm sure there are still many DKI residents who don't agree with the interpellation.

"Could it be that only a handful of people sent? Meanwhile, many citizens actually feel that what the governor did was right", said Yani at the DKI DPRD Building, Thursday, September 2.

Yani views that currently, the interpellation step in the form of the right to ask Anies is not necessary. This is because discussions regarding the implementation of Formula E have been carried out since the beginning of the activity budget submission in 2019. In fact, the Formula E budget has also been disbursed in 2019.

"Actually, the problem of formula E has been completed because it has been budgeted for 2019. Then, we have also discussed it in the commissions (DPRD) and have been given an explanation from the DKI Provincial Government", said Yani.

Yani suspects that PDIP and PSI have other motives, namely politics. Given, these two factions have political attitudes that are opposite to Anies.

"Why else do we ask for information? It means, this seems to have a political value behind it", he shouted.

It is known, that there were 16 flower bouquets from various writings but with the same tone, namely supporting the PDIP and PSI in asking for interpellation. This wreath is lined up on the edge of the building which is located on Kebon Sirih Street, Central Jakarta.

Several bouquets sent did not include the sender's name. "Don't be afraid PSI & PDIP, we are with you," wrote a bouquet with the sender in the name of "Jakarta residents guard the budget".

Another flower bouquet with the sender's name "not 7 friends for dinner" wrote the narrative "bravo to the PDIP&PSI Faction. Thank you for monitoring the use of public money".

There was also another flower arrangement that alluded to the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). "What are the KPK and BPK doing", wrote an observer of DKI public money.

Based on information from the DKI DPRD's Internal Security, the flower bouquets supporting the Interpellation of Formula E began to arrive on Wednesday, September 1 afternoon, at around 17.00 WIB.
