He said that since July 29, 2021, and with the extension of PPKM Level 4 in Java and Bali until August 23, 2021, his party has set regulations for train customers under the age of 12 are temporarily not allowed to travel by train.
"This regulation is applied to long-distance train travel with the aim of reducing the number of children exposed to COVID-19 and as a form of PT KAI's commitment to support the government's steps in preventing the spread of Covid-19," Eva said.

First, prospective passengers are required to show a vaccine card for at least the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination.
Customers with special health conditions or comorbid diseases that prevent them from receiving vaccines are required to attach a doctor's certificate from a government hospital stating that the person concerned has not and/or is unable to participate in the COVID-19 vaccination.
Second, prospective passengers are required to show a certificate of negative results from the RT-PCR test a maximum of 2x24 hours or an antigen rapid test a maximum of 1x24 hours before departure.
To support government programs, PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta also provides vaccination services at Gambir Station and Pasar Senen which serve every day from 08.00 a.m to 12.00 p.m.
This vaccination service is intended for residents aged 12 years and over and have never received a COVID-19 vaccine.

Prospective passengers who want to get the vaccine must also show the ticket payment code or a valid long-distance train ticket, have an ID card (the NIK is required for data collection and vaccine certification) and arrive no later than H-1 before the train departure schedule.
"Customers who have made ticket transactions, but cannot meet the requirements related to health protocols, are not allowed to travel and tickets will be returned 100 percent," said Eva.
