JAKARTA - Agrapinus Rumatora alias Nus Kei denies threatening each other with his nephew, John Kei, regarding the distribution of money from the sale of land. Nus said she was trying to open communication to resolve this issue peacefully.

Nus regrets that this trivial case has resulted in beatings and vandalism. She said there was a misunderstanding that made John Kei feel emotional.

"It's a trivial problem, it's just a problem that has been resolved, what the police chief explained yesterday was true, but the problem has been resolved. The problem in Ambon has been resolved. It's just that maybe he wasn't too patient," said Nus Kei.

In the aftermath of this case, his house at Cluster Australia Boulevard number 52, Cipondoh, Tangerang, was damaged. He hoped that this matter would be over quickly. In fact, he admitted that he had no grudge against John Kei because he was still a family that had to stick together.

Previously, the Head of Metro Jaya Regional Police, Inspector General Nana Sudjana, said the main problem in the case was due to a dispute between John Kei and Nus Kei over the distribution of money from the sale of land in Ambon City, Maluku.

"This motive is that they are still family members between John Kei and Nus Kei because of personal problems between the two of them. Regarding the dissatisfaction with the distribution of money from the sale of land," Nana said in Jakarta, Monday, June 22.

This feud resulted in the two threatening each other by telephone. This was revealed after investigators traced or checked the cell phones of John Kei's group.

Then, from the cellphone examination, evidence was also found, John Kei ordered his men to kill Nus Kei, and Yustus alias ER. In addition, evidence was also found of the division of tasks or roles in two cases that occurred in two different locations.

"There is an order from John Kei to his members, an indicator of the evil consensus of planning the murder of Nus Kei and ER or YDR. There is a division of their duties or roles in planning NK targets," said Nana.

John Kei's men, numbering a dozen people, began to carry out their actions according to the plan. Their target was to find Nus Kei's whereabouts.

However, at around 11.30 WIB, the perpetrators actually found ER alias Yustus and AR, precisely at the ABC junction, Jalan Kresek Raya, Kosambi, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. At that moment, John Kei's men immediately attacked and persecuted him.

Until finally ER died with his entire body covered in stab wounds. Meanwhile, AR suffered a wound on his finger.

A different story happened at Nus Kei's house, in Cluster Australia Boulevard, Cipondoh, Tangerang. John's men, who did not find Nus there, did the damage.

"The person concerned is not there but there is a wife and child. The wife and children left the place (house) and the construction of the door, living room and room was carried out by 15 people, destroying 2 cars belonging to Nus Kei and 1 car belonging to a neighbor," said Nana .

Their action attracted the attention of many people, especially the security of the housing. A commotion ensued there.

In fact, one of John Kei's men opened fire and hit the toes of an online motorcycle taxi driver. In addition, a security guard was also a victim because they were hit by them.

"This group left and will return, where they brutally damaged the housing gate and fired seven shots. This resulted in the security being hit and Ojol being shot in the big toe of the right foot," said Nana.

For the actions of the perpetrators, they were charged with layered articles, including Article 88 of the Criminal Code, Article 169 of the Criminal Code, Article 340 of the Criminal Code regarding premeditated murder, Article 170 of the Criminal Code concerning beatings, Article 351 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution, and Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951. .
