Because Of Undressing While Singing At Warung Malam, Men In Banjarbaru Are Beaten Up

BANJARBARU - A man became a victim of a beating at the South Ulin Runway, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (South Kalimantan). The trigger is trivial. The victim was initially reprimanded by the perpetrators for taking off his clothes while singing in the night stall, then a commotion broke out.

Banjarbaru Police Chief AKBP Nur Khamid through West Banjarbaru Police Chief AKP Yuda Kumoro Pardede said that the beating occurred on Sunday, August 8.

“While the victim was busy singing in the night stall while taking off her clothes, one of the perpetrators with the initials MS reprimanded the victim's behavior. The victim then apologized and said that he took off his clothes because of the heat, but for no apparent reason MS (32) immediately hit the victim's face," said AKP Yuda in a written statement, Thursday, August 12.

There were 3 perpetrators of the beating, namely MS, AS and MA. The victim was beaten and then stabbed by the perpetrator.

"There are three perpetrators, the motive is because they are offended by the victim's behavior while at the night stall," continued AKP Yuda.

At that time, the victim tried to run away but the perpetrator gave chase. The victim was beaten and then stabbed.

"The victim was abused and stabbed with a sharp weapon, causing the victim to suffer lacerations on the left side of the body," added AKP Yuda.

The West Banjarbaru Police Opsnal Unit team finally arrested the three perpetrators who carried out the beating, namely MS, AS and MA.

The three were arrested in three different locations on Wednesday, August 11. For their actions, the perpetrators are suspected of Article 170 of the Criminal Code with a maximum sentence of 7 years in prison.
