JAKARTA - The head of the North Paninggilan Village Head has been temporarily dismissed from his post following allegations of illegal levies on signatures from residents, an orphan.

The allegation of illegal levies was signed when the orphans took care of making heirs' letters. The Lurah person asked for Rp250,000 of money from the orphans.

"Starting today, we have been off-duty for the inspection process carried out by the BKPSDM and the Inspectorate," said Tangerang Mayor Arief R Wismansyah when he was met after the handover of assistance from the Ministry of Trade to the Tangerang City Government in the Tangerang Live Room, reported by Antara, Friday, August 6. .

He said he was still waiting for a copy of the complete file from the examination carried out by the BKPSDM and the Inspectorate today. "Today it has been examined and immediate action is taken," he said.

It should be noted previously that a video circulated on social media related to illegal levies carried out by the Lurah of Paninggilan Utara to residents who wanted to ask for signatures on the dossier for making heirs.

Heryanto, Head of the Tangerang City BKPSDM in his statement said that his party had summoned the lurah person this Friday at 09.00 WIB for an inspection with the inspectorate.

He also explained that the BKPSDM examination involved a team of coaching, disciplinary and integrity analyst psychologists. The inspection lasted two hours, after which the results of the inspection were sent to the Inspectorate for further follow-up.

"Regarding further investigations, until the BKPSDM's decision is handed over to the Inspectorate and the authorized team. Of course, BKPSDM does not justify this action, especially as a state apparatus," he said. Meanwhile, Head of Tangerang City Inspectorate Dadi Budaeri explained that after the examination, the Inspectorate team would make an investigative report which would be submitted to the highest leadership of the Tangerang Mayor to jointly make a decision or verdict.

"Regarding the health condition in question, it is possible that the Inspectorate will involve the Health Office to explore his health condition. Of course, the Inspectorate will investigate and resolve this case as well as possible, according to existing regulations," said Dadi.
