JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is exploring the process of submitting the Regional Capital Participation (PMD) budget from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya. This deepening was carried out by examining the former Acting Secretary of DKI Jakarta Sri Haryati.

He was examined as a witness in the alleged corruption case in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta.

"Sri Haryati, Acting Secretary of DKI Jakarta 2020, his knowledge of, among other things, is related to the process of submitting the Regional Capital Participation (PMD) budget from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya," Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Affairs Ali Fikri told reporters, Thursday, 5 August.

The KPK suspects that the budget from the PMD of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government was used for land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta.

In addition, the KPK is also studying the technical disbursement of the PMD budget. This deepening was carried out by examining the Head of the Transportation, Property, and Finance Business Division of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government BUMD Development Agency, Ahmad Ghifari.

Furthermore, the KPK has also examined the General Manager of KSO Nuansa Cilangkap/Junior Manager of the PPSJ Development sub-division for the 2019-2020 period, Maulina.

"The witness's knowledge was explored, among others, related to the various early stages of land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung," said Ali.

As previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating the process of managing DKI Jakarta's APBD. Moreover, there are allegations of inappropriate budget allocation in the land acquisition process in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta.

In this case, the KPK has named four suspects in this case, namely the Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo namely Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar. .

In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.

This allegation of corruption occurred when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, sought land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.

As a result of this case, the state lost up to Rp. 152.5 billion. The KPK suspects that the money from the alleged corruption was used to finance the personal needs of the suspects.
