Held Closed, Commission I DPR Conducts Fit And Proper Test 33 Indonesian Ambassador Candidates

JAKARTA - Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives held a fit and proper test for 33 candidates for the Indonesian Ambassador for the Republic of Indonesia (Ambassador RI). The fit and proper test for the Ambassador candidate will be conducted for three days, starting Monday, July 12, until Wednesday, July 14.

Member of Commission I of the DPR, Christina Aryani, revealed that the test will be conducted in private. The exam will also be divided into six sessions.

"The fit and proper test consists of six sessions over 3 days, it is closed," said Christina to reporters, Monday, July 12.

During this Emergency PPKM period, he continued, each faction only sent one representative to attend directly in the meeting room. This is to ensure that health protocols are implemented properly.

"Each faction sends one representative with a maximum duration of 2 hours and 15 minutes per session," said the Golkar Party legislator.

The 33 names of the Indonesian ambassador candidates proposed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, are as follows:
