Nia Ramadhani And Ardi Bakri Officially Become Suspects, Evidence Of 0.78 Grams Of Methamphetamine

JAKARTA - The police have named Nia Ramadhani and her husband Ardi Bakrie and their driver ZN as suspects. They were proven to have consumed and possessed methamphetamine.

"Three people have been named as suspects, first the initials ZN is a 43-year-old man, he is a driver for his work every day, he is also a helper at the residence of the other two suspects, his initials are RA, a woman aged 31, a housewife, the third is AAB, aged 42 years old, male private employees", said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Thursday, July 8.

They were named as suspects based on evidence of 0.78 grams of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine suction device that was found. In addition, based on the results of urine tests which stated positively for methamphetamine.

"A test was carried out on the three people, the urine test was positive for containing methamphetamine", said Yusri.

In fact, to make sure they are positive for shabu at this time, all three must undergo laboratory tests. Because the test results will strengthen the application of the article on narcotics.

"To make sure again, we will check the blood and hair lab for the completeness of our tests", said Yusri.

Previously, Nia Ramadhani was arrested at his residence in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta. He was arrested after the police arrested his driver, whose initials were ZN, on Wednesday, July 7. Meanwhile, her husband, Ardi Bakrie, is said to have surrendered. He came to the Central Jakarta Metro Police after being contacted by his wife.

In this case, the police confiscated 0.78 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a suction device. They were charged with Article 127 of Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics.
